Living Divani @ Citè de l’architecture & du patrimoine
The "Cite de l'architecture & du patrimoine" proposes, from May 14th to September 16th, "LE MOBILIER D'ARCHITECTES, DE 1960 À 2020", an exceptional journey through the history of the "furniture" that bears the signature of the most prestigious architects of the last sixty years. Sketches, models and prototypes, unique pieces, limited editions or large series, the exhibition traces this surprising production in its uniqueness and diversity, placing "vis-a-vis" the object with the architecture, the work with its author.
Living Divani is the protagonist of this exhibition with the Family Chair collection designed, in 2011, by Junya Ishigami. Enfant prodige of Japanese architecture, Junya has developed for Living Divani this collection that includes 5 different chairs with an extraordinary amplified optical effect; light and usable objects in their harmony.
