Living Divani @ Private Choice 2021
Living Divani takes part in the tenth edition of Private Choice, the initiative organized by Nadia Candet who furnishes two historic Parisian apartments in Roosvelt street, with a collection of 66 products between art and design, available for sale to the public, with the possible advice of art historians from the Ecole du Louvre. On stage from October 18th to 24th, the exhibition chooses the theme of the Odyssey as a fil rouge, for a holistic experience that develops in different environments, each with its own atmosphere, where paintings, sculptures, drawings and pieces of furniture are the result of a meticulous exploration of the contemporary art scene. This refined selection also includes the Lemni armchairs by designer Marco Lavit. Somewhat furniture, somewhat sculpture, intimate and chic observatory on the world, this easychair reveals the desire to ease from superfluous weights and soar in the air, enchanting with its graphic vitality. The suspended leather seat, balanced on a metal structure in black painted tubular steel, traces a pattern in the air, also welcoming the backrest bolster cushion. It moves with ease from the living to the night area, to offer an unexpected refuge of refinement that catches the eye with its light aesthetic.
