Milan Apartment, , Milan

In Milan, in the Isola district, a minimal but at the same time elegant apartment welcomes a young couple who have decided to rethink and restructure this space, giving voice to their personality. Everything develops around the concept of duplicity: on one side it overlooks Porta Nuova which represents a pivotal junction for the Lombard capital city and which, every day, sees projects borning with an international scope, and on the other it is possible to breathe authenticity and history of the neighbourhood, all surrounded by nature. Even inside, the duplicity lives in an open and fluid space, which prefers the harmony of volumes, the purity of shades and the refinement of materials. The living area where an Extrasoft composition, designed by Piero Lissoni, furnishes the scene, transforms through a large window into a minimal-chic terrace where two Agra sofas, in both interwoven and Light variants, offer a view of the architecture and the lush greenery of the famous Bosco Verticale. Inside the living area, the Notes table was chosen featuring its round top and thin legs that seem to chase each other by rotating around the central one. On the wall, on the other hand, the new Sailor bookshelf with clean and simple lines that intersect to balance the overall visual impact. To sign the latter product as well as the entire project is David Lopez Quincoces, who for Living Divani has designed and continues to design numerous models, and who, for the occasion, wanted to create a place in line with the needs of his inhabitants; a sequence of environments that open one inside the other in order to experience each space at its best, in the name of the shared love for design.
